SINGE CEO Susie Kahlich was a featured guest for FINCA Microfinance Bank's PowerTalk series at FINCA headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan. In attendance were FINCA CEO Mr. Jahanzeb Khan, CFO Mr, Gulan Qadir, CCO Muhmmad Sadiq, and Chief Legal Officer Mr. Mansoor Janjua, along with close to 100 employees across every sector in the branch.
FINCA Microfinance Bank is one of the largest female employers in Pakistan, with an 80% female staff across all locations. Ms. Kahlich explored the importance of safe mobility and autonomy as an important ingredient towards economic empowerment, especially for women living in rural areas.
